We are pleased to share several important
features and fixes that are now available for you on myDRE:
- A hotfix for VM Generalization addressing random failures.
- Fixes for random failures during multiple VM deployments.
- The transferrer’s name is now appended to the transfer folder when transferring between workspaces.

However, during the rollout of the new '
Data Egressor" role, we encountered a problem that prompted us to halt further deployments of remaining features. Consequently, we performed a rollback on the 'Data Egressor' role.
As a side effect of this rollback, the
OS Disk Upgrade feature is currently not available for self-service. If you wish to upsize your OSDisk in the meantime, we kindly request you to submit a ticket on
support.mydre.org so that we can perform this for you manually. This issue is being handled as a
Prio 3 matter, and we estimate that it will be resolved soon.
We plan to resume the deployment of the remaining features on
Saturday, September 7th, 2023. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through these challenges. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or require further assistance. Once completed we will inform what
