The problem

Incidentally, users can encounter the following error when trying to connect to the Virtual Machine (VM):



The solution

We have recently identified the cause of this error. The solution is known to us, however it is not self-service for users. Please follow the instructions below:
  1. Create a ticket for the core support team member(s). Log in to support.mydre.org > My Tickets > Add ticket > choose your organization > choose the template for reporting a bug or issue.
  2. Provide information details:
    1. Workspace name (dws-xxx-YYY).
    2. Names of the affected VM(s), dwsxxxYYYserverz.
  3. A member of the Support Team will contact you for an invitation to the workspace as Owner, which is needed to make the VM accessible again.
