launch new end-user portal

Dear myDRE users,

We have some exciting news to share with you! We have launched a brand new and improved user interface that will make your myDRE experience even better. The new platform is more streamlined and user-friendly, and we can't wait for you to try it out.

We want to thank you for your patience and cooperation during the planned downtime over the past weekend. Before you start exploring the new platform, we recommend that you log out of your account and delete cookies for your browser and refresh the page. This will ensure that any "leftover cookies" from the old portal are not left behind.

To help you get started, we have improved our how-to articles on support.mydre.org. If you encounter any issues, our support team is available to assist you via support.mydre.org.

We appreciate your continued support and trust in our platform, and we look forward to hearing your feedback on the new and improved myDRE.

Best regards,
The myDRE team
