New end-user portal deployment March 24th, 2023

Dear myDRE platform users,

We're thrilled to announce that a brand new and improved user interface will be rolling out from March 24th, 2023 (15:00 UTC+1) to March 26th, 2023 (23:59 UTC+1). This upgrade will take your myDRE experience to the next level, providing you with an even more user-friendly and streamlined platform.

During this time period, we expect an approximate 8-hour downtime where you may experience unresponsiveness to certain buttons or functionalities in the myDRE portal. However, please be assured that this will not affect Azure functionalities in the background (e.g. virtual machine status).

Please note that during the upgrade, it will not be possible to add or remove workspace members. If you need to add or remove someone to/from the workspace urgently, please submit a ticket to support.mydre.org. In addition, do keep in mind that data requests will be removed during the migration process. If you have an outstanding data request, kindly resubmit it for prompt resolution.

We understand that this upgrade may cause some inconvenience, but we appreciate your patience and cooperation while we work to provide you with the best user experience possible. We're confident that the new and improved myDRE platform will exceed your expectations.

Warm regards,

anDREa team
