Tuesday March 22nd, 2022: Experiencing performance issues in myDRE portal

On Tuesday, March 22nd, 2022 we are experiencing performance issues on the myDRE platform. The cause is unpredictable response times from the Microsoft APIs that we depend upon for performance.  A ticket for Microsoft support has been raised. We ask for your patience as we are looking into how this can be resolved.

You might experience the following (however not consistent):
  1. Slow loading of the workspace overview 
  2. Slow loading of the selected workspace
  3. Slow loading of templates and sizes in the Virtual Machine creation menu
  4. Failure in Virtual Machine creation (rare)
  5. Failure to download a file (very rare)
  6. Failure to perform a data transfer (very rare)
If you experience any other issue, please report it via a ticket.
