March 18th, 2022 Deletion of currently active data requests

On 18th of March we will be migrating from the existing App Service Environment to App Service Plans, this is the first step towards being able to support multi-region and providing a public API endpoint eventually. This migration is purely on the control plane and has no impact on the workspace's resources. 

Any Data transfer requests pending approval or download will be removed as part of this operation and will need to be requested/Approved/Downloaded again.
