Add members to your workspace

Add members to your Workspace

On myDRE platform, Workspace Accountable and Workspace Privileged members can invite or add members with or without existing @mydre.org accounts to their Workspace. You can add a member to your Workspace in two different ways.

Member has a myDRE account

If the member has a myDRE account, navigate to the Members tab of your Workspace and click on the ‘+Add a member’ icon at the top left of the screen. Just provide the myDRE account, the desired role and click on Add.


Member without a myDRE account

If the member does not have a myDRE account yet:

  1. Navigate to the Members tab of your workspace and click on the Invited Members tab.
  2. Next, click on the ‘+ Invite a member’ icon, see illustration below.


The following similar pane will pop up:

  1. Fill in the greyed-out fields, you can change the username as you wish.
  2. Check ‘I confirm the above instructions’ and click the Request Invite button.
  3. After one or two working days the invited member will be given a myDRE account and will be added to the Workspace with the assigned role.
