Azure Storage Explorer Installation Guide
In the DRE web portal, you can choose to upload your files and folders via drag-and-drop, or via an upload pop-up. Alternatively, you can use Azure Storage Explorer to upload large files to the workspace.
Below the installation guide for Azure Storage Explorer.
Note: Manual installation is temporary, a package for automatic installation is in the making.
You must first submit a request for Admin By Request in order to install Azure Storage Explorer.
Depends on .NET 6, included in the installation file.
Run as Administrator
On the User Account Control pop-up
Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?
Click Yes.
Select/click Install for all users
Accept the agreement, click Install
Install .NET 6 click Next (If .NET 6 has already been installed by another application,
this window will be missing)
Accept the default destination location, click Next
Accept the default Start menu folder, click Next
Click Finish, Microsoft Azure Storage Explorer starts up…
