Issues in mydre.org portal post-deployment

Last week we experienced issues post-deployment after pushing improvements to production. Unfortunately, we encountered a few issues regarding VM access, data egress, and Linux VMs. The full announcement can be found here. These issues have been resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused. 

Related to pushing improvements to production, we have received a few questions around the role license administrator. We have written an article explaining the role of a license administrator and what it can do, it can be found here. 

Bug fixes

A user with a role of a member/researcher does not receive an automatic email when data request has been approved. This issue has been resolved.
