Windows-RUMC-Base 2.0.0 is a Windows template based on Windows Server 2022, with a few basic tools pre-installed:
  1. SPSS 29
  2. Software Installer
  3. Notepad++
  4. 7Zip
  5. Azure Storage Explorer
  6. Google Chrome (Edge is the default browser)
  7. LibreOffice
Note that the Software Installer makes use of licenses owned by Radboudumc and Radboud University, and it is therefore not allowed for users not affilliated with the Radboudumc to make use of this installer.

Improvements and changes with regard to previous version (1.0.0)

  1. Server manager no longer pops up automatically after logging in
  2. Proxy settings for use of the Software Installer are preset
  3. Newer version of Windows Server (previously 2019, now 2022)
  4. The virtual machine knows the correct size of the C:-drive (128 GB)
  5. Additional 'basic essentials' pre-installed
