RUMC-Base 1.0.0

RUMC-Base 1.0.0

Important! This image may only be deployed in Radboudumc workspaces. It is not permitted to deploy the template in a workspace of a different tenant. Thanks for understanding.
Due to a bug in the current template, the C:-drive appears to be much smaller than it actually is. If you need to install a large program, such as Matlab, please follow the steps detailed here (no need to request additional space first). Virtual machines in the DRE by default have a 128 GB C:-drive.

RUMC-Base 1.0.0 is an empty Windows template, that only features the Software Installer (Chocolatey), which is pre-set to use the Radboudumc package repository for the DRE. Note that the Software Installer makes use of licenses owned by Radboudumc and Radboud University, and it is therefore not allowed for users not affilliated to the Radboudumc to make use of this installer.

In order to use the Software Installer, please go through the following steps (this is a one-time action):
- Go to Settings >> Network & Internet >> Proxy on your virtual machine (see screenshot below)
- In the box where you see the IP address 169.254.169.254, make sure it contains the following (separated by semicolons):
      filerepositorychntiwhy.blob.core.windows.net
- Save and close the window
