On February 15th 2022, the Dutch Privacy Body (Authoriteit Persoonsgegevens) issued a statement that often the Cloud Services do not comply with the privacy laws and regulations. (source).
The statement of the Dutch Privacy Body is based on a report of Privacy Company (link to report). The mentioned scope of the privacy risks are: Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Sharepoint.

All the data in your myDRE Workspace(s) is stored and processed on Microsoft Azure; there is no relationship with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, or Sharepoint and thus the privacy risks that were identified by Privacy Company do not apply to myDRE Workspaces.
