August is coming up and that means vacation. Not just for you as a researcher, but also for your local Support Team and anDREa. We've built in some redundancy and mitigating:
- Workspace and account creation will continue to be picked up by your local Support Team during business hours.
- Urgent support regarding bugs leading to unavailability of the myDRE portal or VMs will continue to be available during business hours.
- Critical support of course is in place - and to be sure this was tested in week 30.
However you might notice the following:
- Tickets regarding Workspace deletion, domain allowlisting, minor bugs, adding new VM types and full internet access might take a little longer than you're used to.
Our apologies if this leads to any inconveniences for you and we wish you a great summer vacation!
