DRE support out-of-office during holiday period

DRE support out-of-office during holiday period

During the holiday break period from December 24th until January 7th, all (Core) Support Team members as well as anDREa support will be (partially) out-of-office. This means that your tickets will not be processed straight away. Tickets will be picked up in the new year again. The tickets will be monitored regularly and highly urgent tickets (such as mentioned below) will be handled adequately.

We thank you for your patience in advance!

Important: if you suspect a possible security/privacy incident, please still report it by going to myDRE support, log in > Add ticket > Find the myDRE department > Report a possible privacy/security incident.

Happy Holidays and the best wishes for the new year!
