(Core) Support Team Agreement
As an introduction and to be able to provide support for your own organization, each primary support member must review and sign the (Core) Support Team Agreement. This document ensures that you know where you can find all the information and that you are aware of all the information.

Google Form.
The Google Form is used to make provide evidence you have understood and will work in accordance with the underlying procedures and policies.
While there is no check in advance who fills in the form, only by the Tenant mandated persons will be trained as Support Team for myDRE and will get the privileges to act as Support Team (access to ticket system and knowledge base as support, access to AAD to add users, etc).
