anDREa B.V. is using a ticket system called Zoho Desk. Here, support team members of the different organizations handle support requests. This morning, we noticed that the support ticket templates that you're used to are unavailable in Zoho Desk. These ticket templates were used for workspace requests, new account request, reporting bugs etc. No information has been lost, however it makes it a little bit more difficult for you as a user to send in a request. If you don't know what kind of information is needed for your request (such as for a workspace request), please choose the default ticket template of your organization to contact your support team member.

It looks like the ticket templates are still there but somehow hidden. anDREa has contacted Zoho representatives to investigate the issue at hand. Worst case scenario is that we would have to recreate the ticket templates from scratch.

One of our users noted that the Community page is unavailable for users. The Community page is still available for admins. We have reported this behaviour to the Zoho representatives.
