anDREa was founded by three medical universities with the explicit mission to become the cornerstone of the European advanced research infrastructure. Why? Because researchers need to push the boundaries of human ingenuity, curing diseases, designing personal health devices, or understanding the behavior of people. Autonomy 

You'll be part of a team of 8 software-engineers. We challenge you to present your ideas on all the issues researchers present us with. Embedded in our culture is that we want to, and need to hear your voice. Your ideas won't always be honored, but they sure will be heard. Your location is your work place.

Challenge 

As a UX/UI Expert you are responsible for modern, accessible, user friendly, fast and intuitive user experience for a niche audience of Researchers and Research administrators. You will be in charge of the Design Language/System, and framework choices. You will be working with a capable front-end team to realize these designs and a DevOps team to operationalize the design system.

You'll be part of a diversely skilled and growing team, including functional experts, solution architecture and engineering. We challenge you to present your ideas on all the issues researchers present us with. Embedded in our culture is that we want to, and need to hear your voice. Your ideas wont always be honored, but they sure will be heard.

You will be recognized. Not only within a close-knit team of software engineers, but beyond that. The anDREa R&D-organization is in direct contact with the researchers challenging the platform. You will get the chance to show your vision to interested organizations from across Europe and the USA. You will be in direct contact with specialists from the Microsoft organization.
