10 Jan, 2022: Some workspaces not accessible due to problems in migration of subscriptions

Problem
You might not be able to see your Workspace(s) (EMC, UMCU, AUMC)

First things first: no data is lost or copied to another location.

Cause
Today was scheduled for a billing account transfer to be executed by SURF. The person at SURF, unlike for the test we did, checked a checkbox that decided whether this is a Billing only or Billing + AAD transfer.


The result
The control plane ownership (AAD) was transferred to your organization's AAD resulting in that your Workspaces no longer being visible via myDRE.org.
With the transfer also the RBAC (who is part of which workspace in what role) was destroyed; so moving back, which is easy, will not resolve the problem.


What's next
As soon as the subscription is moved back, the development team can run a script to restore the RBAC. This is a first and we can give no indication when it will be resolved.
