The connection was denied because the user account is not authorized for remote login
Incidentally, users can encounter the following error when trying to connect to the Virtual Machine (VM):
This error occurs when user groups are not correctly added to the VM. In the user group it is defined which user accounts can access a particular VM. The solution is known to us, however it is not self-service for users. Please follow the instructions below:
- Create a ticket for the core support team member(s). Log in to support.mydre.org > My Tickets > Add ticket > choose your organization > choose the appropriate ticket template.
- Provide information details that could be helpful: workspace name, VM name, user account name etc.
