Snapshot Functionality Restored
17th July 2024
Dear all,
We are pleased to inform you that the snapshot function has been successfully resolved. It was deployed this morning to production, and snapshots will start being captured from 11 PM UTC today. There is no impact on other resources.
The following measures have been put in place to prevent similar issues:
- Updated the code to conform with the SDK package .
- Intensive testing was done over a few days to ensure that snapshots are taken as well as expired snapshots are cleaned up periodically .
- Continue including snapshot function testing in our regular maintenance checks.
Moving forward:
- Improve alert systems to provide early warnings of potential issues.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Best,
anDREa team
