Snapshot function stopped working

Dear all,

On July 5th, 2024, was reported and identified that two Azure Functions stopped working after an upgrade to the Azure SDK package. This package helps manage storage accounts and create backups (snapshots). The SDK was upgraded, but the code wasn't updated to match it. Unfortunately, until then, no snapshots will be created.

We are working on this as quickly as possible:
  1. Update the code or revert the SDK package to the previous version.
  2. Test everything to make sure it works.
  3. Set up alerts to notify us if any function stops working.
  4. Include snapshot testing in our regular checks.
