Description
Create spot VMs
The users are now able to create spot VMs in Create a VM menu. Please read documentation on Spot VMs before creating one! 
[bug] Resize menu shows multiple VM types more than once
Due to changes in API used in Resize VM menu, certain VM types were shown in the resize menu more than once. This issue has been resolved by changing the API used. Please note that the prices shown in the resize VM menu are indicative and may vary based on your subscription. For the correct price, please check your Budget tab.
