Introduction
The purpose of this document is to describe anDREa’s Managing anDREa Accounts.
This document will be updated at least annually and when significant change happens.
Managing anDREa Accounts
All changes must be approved or conducted by the CEO or CTO of anDREa.
Enroll users
Step 1
- Go to admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/home#/users
- Add a user
- Member: for anDREa employees and myDRE users
- Guest: for external people and (Core) Support Teams
- Fill in details
- Username in the format: firstname.lastname
- Add user to appropriate groups
- e.g. everyone-<tenant> in case of normal user
- Fill in an alternative email address of the user
Step 2 (only for anDREa employees)
- Select appropriate Location
- Assign a product license (best A3)
Recording
- User details must be added to anDREa Core Access Register.xlsx
Block users accounts
This is for people who no longer need access to their @mydre.org account
- Go to admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/home#/users
- Select and click user
- Click on Licenses and Apps (if needed)
- Remove licenses
- Click block sign-in
- User details must be updated at anDREa Core Access Register.xlsx
Deblock user accounts
- Go to admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/home#/users
- Select and click user
- Click on Licenses and Apps
- Add an appropriate license
- Click unblock sign-in
- User details must be updated at anDREa Core Access Register.xlsx
Delete user accounts
This is on explicit request of the user invoking the right to forget.
- Go to admin.microsoft.com/AdminPortal/home#/users
- Select and click user
- Click on Licenses and Apps
- Remove licenses
- Delete user
- User details must be deleted from anDREa Core Access Register.xlsx
