I forgot my password / MFA on a new phone
Introduction
To be able to log in to myDRE you will need an @mydre.org username, your password and multifactor authentication (MFA). Together, these provide your identity on the platform. However, at some point you might forget your password or you might get a new phone. Each of these cases will lead to the inability to log in.
I forgot my password
- Submit a ticket to your respective support team member with request to reset your password.
- The support team will reset your password and confirm that this has been done.
- Log in to myDRE and this will prompt you to set up your password again.
I have new phone and need to have MFA for myDRE on this phone
- Submit a ticket to your respective support team member with request to reset your MFA registration.
- The support team will reset your MFA registration and confirm that this has been done.
- Log in to myDRE and this will prompt you to set up MFA again.
