I cannot close one or more ports
Opening up ports is assocated with risks. Therefore, once a workspace Owner wants to close ports, this should be possible in a short timeframe.
If you cannot close one or more ports in the DRE portal, please contact us as soon as possible by submitting a ticket on this website or by mailing to
support@mydre.zohodesk.eu.
We will take up your ticket with high priority, and disable the rule manually.
