The solution is known to us, however it is not a self-service one. Therefore, please create a ticket for us and we will solve it as soon as possible. Choose your institution and choose Report bug or issue as ticket type. Please also mention your workspace ID (format: dws-xxx-yyy), this is helpful in any type of ticket!
