General DRE Information

How to submit a ticket? 

You can make an account on support.mydre.org with your email address (for example @erasmusmc.nl) by clicking on ‘’Sign in” on the top right 

Click on ‘’My Tickets’’ -> ‘’Submit a new support ticket’’ -> ‘’Erasmus MC’’ -> Select correct ticket type 


DRE training (online)

Every Thursday from 11:00-12:00, there is a DRE training where general information is given about the DRE and a demo of mydre.org to show the basic features of the DRE. Step-by-step, the different tabs will be explained, the possibilities in data storage and VM options. Are you interested in a DRE tutorial? You can sign up here.


DRE walk-in hour 

Every Monday from 10:00-11:00, there is a walk-in hour at the Blue Lounge or via Teams where you can ask questions regarding the DRE. You can book your timeslot here.
