[Resolved] Azure Portal's Slow Speed and Timeouts

We've noticed some delays and timeouts on our site due to Azure.
- Azure SDKs are not able to communicate with management.azure.com APIs intermittently and Azure batch queries are failing.
- The root cause is Connectivity with management.azure.com
Impact on users:
Users might face issues while loading a Workspaces, data requests and also creating data download or transfer requests. We noticed that it is intermittent, so after page refresh it might work!
