"Annoying": New Data Transfer Approval Request
The problem
The Data Transfer Approval Request email notification serves the purpose to notify Owners that there is a Data Transfer Request.
However, in certain situations it can be a bit too much for all the Owners to receive this notification each and every time. Then again, not sending the email notification can be quite frustrating for the requestor; he/she must notify one or more Owners themselves or hope that it will be seen in the portal.
The solution
We understand the nuance and most likely we will address this some time in the future with nicer opt-in/outs, etc. In the mean time, if you don't want to see the email notification in your email inbox, we suggest to create a rule in your email client that moves to another folder, or even deletes this email.
